REFLECTION
The second Sunday of Lent is the “Feast day of Transfiguration”. Here Jesus is praying on the mountain top when suddenly His appearance changed, changing His humanness into a glorified one; so thus in Ekstasis –a Greek philosophy that means to stand outside one’s self and see ourselves for who we really are, just as God wants us to realize.
Today, God is calling us to go beyond the boundaries of our comfort zones or who what we want us to be. Because as we focus ourselves to Him, the Impossible becomes Possible. But unlike Jesus who’s Transfiguration comes into the changing of His physical image into a Glorified one, our very own transfiguration comes in the realization of revealing the mystery of who we truly are meant to be. Thus it becomes the transforming moment of our lives, for as we realize our purpose driven we immerse ourselves more to God; Thus allowing Him to transform our lives in accordance to His Glory!
